White Chocolate Strawberry Drink

It is no secret that strawberries and Lindt chocolate are fantastic together. Try them in this deliciously refreshing drink.

Tasting TIPS for Enjoyment

You can also substitute raspberries for strawberries! Replace strawberries with equal weight in raspberries.

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups of Milk
  • 1 Lindt Swiss Classic White Chocolate Bar
  • 5 Fresh Strawberries
  • 1/4 cup White Rum (optional)
Method:
  1. Chop the white chocolate bar.
  2. Heat the milk in a saucepan and add chopped chocolate.
  3. Remove from heat and stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  4. Refrigerate until completely cooled.

    5. To Serve:
  5. Clean and chop the strawberries.
  6. Combine the white chocolate mixture and strawberries in a blender and blend until well combined.
  7. Strain and stir in the rum (optional).
  8. Serve in chilled glasses.

    9. Please drink responsibly. Liquor substitution not designed for anyone under 21.
