DONATIONS & SPONSORSHIPS

Lindt & Sprüngli (USA) Inc. is an active supporter of programs serving our local communities and we are committed to continuing this support in the future. All donations are granted from the Corporate Offices of Lindt & Sprüngli. Our Retail stores are unable to authorize or honor a request. In an effort to manage our charitable contributions in an equitable manner, all requests must be submitted in writing under the following guidelines:

Qualification Standards:

The letter must be on official letterhead from the organization.
The letter must contain contact information, event date, approximate number of attendees/participants, and an explanation of the use/purpose for the donation.

All requests are reviewed and may be subject to a verification check. There is a one donation per year limit to any organization. Donation requests will be considered only if your organization meets the following criteria:

501(c)(3) tax-exempt status documentation
Must be within the immediate area of Lindt & Sprungli USA corporate headquarters as we are unable to ship donated product
All requests must be submitted and received 30 days prior to the event date.

Due to increased requests for in-kind donations, Lindt & Sprungli USA, Inc. cannot support the following:

Organizations that are not registered charities with 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status
Political affiliations
Lobbying or advocacy groups
Labor organizations
Third-party fundraising organizations
Individuals or for-profit businesses
Adult organized sports teams or leagues
Fraternal organizations
Solicitations to advertise

Unfortunately Lindt is able to honor approved product donations only. Every effort will be made to provide appropriate product; however we request that you understand that we are unable to honor requests for specific items. We apologize for not being able to meet your monetary needs.
